So i have no cats on my 04 GT
ive got a ton of hours put into it for
SLP longtubes, x pipe, and Loudmouth series 1
but i dont have cats and honestly i dont really want to put them on
but for VA emissions, regular garages like the big name guys wont pass me for the tests
are there any smaller places in the Arlington or northeast VA region that will cut me a break and help a guy out?
