*edited: oil filler <--> t/b is 11/32" or 3/8" *** not 5/8" ***

the pcv and the vacuum tree hoses are 11/32" or 3/8"

the vapor canister hose is 1/4"

fpr and emissions are 3/16"

i just re-did all mine when i put my blower on. they are only about $1 per foot, so i bought like 8 feet of each and some tees and connectors. that way i had plenty to play with.

I think PCV is 3/8".

On the purge line, the output from the cannister on mine was fried - seems to me it was one of those nice hoses that has a different diameter on each end. The cannister fitting was either 5/16" (real tight) or 3/8". But it goes into a connector that is 1/4" hose or so.

I did the same as Chris - I grabbed some hose and then had to booger things like that two sized cannister line (a line inside a line worked ok - I had to do the same on the fox).

Good luck.

Oh, I should have noted that I dont look up the sizes (so Chris very well might be more correct if there are discrepancies) - I just go with what ever fits the tightest without bulging the hose too much (not the best way, but I am shadetree).

With some of each size, you can piece together whatever you like best.

Good luck.

i think pcv and main vac may both be 3/8" (12/32"), but i used 11/32" and they fit fine. i like them nice and snug.
