Crane 1.7 pedestal mounts should fit under stock valve covers. They do on mine and most people I've encountered. Being stock valve covers, you don't need to worry about intake height.
If these are the RR's you are talking about, then they were the OEM RR's on Cobra's starting in 93 so they had to fit under the stockers.
