My builder called says my Valve guides are worn . What exactly does that do what causes it and what does it entail in doing the job. is it worth 150 bucks to rr the valve guides plus the 35 buck for the guides. Just wondering...
They put chris-cross groves in the guide to reduce the diameter. It stops the oil bleeding and some say it's better than new because it reduces valve ware and friction.
