Anyone have a set sitting around that they removed when they went to a "real" cam?
Ive got a set of 1.7 cobra RR's that Im going to put on post-12s, and I dont think my stock 125k mile valvesprings should be trusted to do the job, personally.
I added up what you spent.... and my car is cool....
but not that cool!
These springs are going to have to handle the MANLY HUGE lift of .477 inches!!!
I could actually use stock springs if they were in very good shape... but a set of normal CC or Crane replacement springs (110 at 1.800, 270-310 at 1.250 for example) would be just fine. If I recall correctly, we have 1.460 OD springs in our cars.
