LOL, I never said I was a Californian, I just said I lived there. I've lived many places and they've all had their positive and negative attributes.

It seems like you can LS swap just about anything. Not that you should, but it appears that you can.

Also, that video doesn't give me a lot of confidence that is a complete build. Maybe there are other videos that detail the fab work needed for the fuel and cooling systems, electronics integrations, etc.

I've heard of at least one of these builds happening, but haven't been interested enough to find out if they're any good.

"Rich Rebuilds" is the channel doing a swap. Much more details, but it's taking a little bit of time.

I used to hang out with one of the techs in his videos. He owned a 1993 Cobra back in the day.

On AGG, they put exhaust speakers on a Tesla. It was product placement, but they could not keep the smirks off of their faces.

I wonder how many coal burning plants will stay online to produce all the extra electricity we need to power our new electric cars. The closest power plant to me is burning coal.

what percentage of us energy is coal - Google Search

We're still at 60% electric production from fossil fuels, coal and nat gas combined. That's from a google search so the real number is probably higher

What about the mining it takes to get the minerals for batteries. From what I hear they have to dig huge holes in the earth. As in removing mountain tops.

Let's not even mention the amount of coal-burning that gets pissed into the wind every single time we move electricity through a conductor, store electricity, or use it to do work. The very process of moving generated power from the plant to consumer is very inefficient.

We would be better off if the cars just burned the fuel locally instead of trying to convert it, invert it, store it, then turn it [back] into heat energy for a second time. Somebody needs to invent an internal combustion engine so that we don't waste so much of it doing unnecessary steps.

And make it so those smaller power units run clean. Oh wait, cars pollute less than motorcycles, and most new cars put out cleaner air than the smog they take in.

Perhaps ideology and politics are involved? Nah…it’s all science right? Just do what your told you lowly peasants

BTW, the same time the American left are working to close coal plants, China is building more and more.

For the longest time, I thought it was politicians that were complete imbeciles.

Thank goodness for youtube. Now, I know that it is a large majority of the population that is stupid and lacks even the smallest level of common sense.

If you want to control carbon emissions into the atmosphere to any effective degree, you’ll need to plug all the volcanoes, especially the ones on the ocean floor, where most of them are.

Mankind’s contribution to carbon in the atmosphere is minuscule compared to natural means. True valid science can easily prove it.

That’s why I do not like to use it for a source of “factual” info.

If they are going to collect cow burps and toots, I want the patent on a light that runs on the methane so the grass and nearby crops will photosynthesize 24/7.
The other idea I have is each ranch and dairy operation could have vehicle recharging stations for methane. If propane and CNG work, it should be easy.
(Seriously, dairy and feedlot operations could already run generators off of the waste, no fart collection needed.)

Now what was this thread about????

I listen to NPR every day in my truck. Liberals are going after department stores about their ac units. They say eighty degrees is not that hot in the store, and ac should not be needed. Supposedly Biden believes this too. They have big plans for us.

Of course they are. Air conditioners are not good for the environment. Neither are gas pipelines.

Gas pipelines cause retarded kool-aid head environmentalists to gather and protest them. Why, if it weren't for the evil gas pipeline they would never have gathered to completely trash this place in order to save the Fking environment:

Ultimate Irony As Dakota Access Pipeline Environmental Protesters Leave Behind Mountain Of Garbage

The U.S. Army Corps will spend more than $1 million to clean up the mess left behind by people opposed to the Dakota Access Pipeline in North Dakota.
www.nowtheendbegins.com

I saw an image on another site where a bunch of libtards gathered in DC and left trash [everywhere]. I you not, there was a US Mailbox covered in trash with fruit-tard captions about Global Warming.

If we inject each one of these assholes with a toxic dose of lead, we will save the planet.
