I have a 1997 stang, I'm getting water in my floor pans, it's coming in under the heater box an around the steering column. I was told the cowl is stopped up. How do I unstop it an were ? Help would be greatly appreciated!
I have pulled the cowl cover off, couldn't see anything. The cowl rolls over an down to the fenders. An windshield seal is OK. One thing my a/c drain is clogged. An water comes in when a/c is on. Water comes in on both sides when it rains.I'm not sure how to unclogg. Any ideas ? Thank you.
I haven't messed with the A/C Drain line on these cars, on others I have run a blunt piece of wire up the drain hose carefully. Heard OP used compressed air but I have no experience with that method. Does not explain water coming in during rain though. Maybe a mechanics camera to see in there while running the hose over the suspected areas?
