Went to PIR last night

My previous best was 12.69@113 on street tires. I got some M/T DR's friday. I made 14 passes last night. My first w/ no burnout: 1.992 60ft. 12.454@114.70
best 60ft. w/a good burnout: 1.799/ best ET was 12.232@113.98 w/a 1.817 60ft.
First time with drag radials and water box burnouts. You should have seen it Any thoughts?

Sweet times, what kind if set-up are you running (as far as motor)?

It's an '04 cobra all stock except a lightning upper pulley, Mac cone air filter, sct xcal 2 (no dyno tune), and a FRPP M-55 catback. First time out with M/T 275/40/17 DR's.

just so you know if those are ET streets then they loveeee to be fried off the rim. Dont be modest about your burnouts haha

They are ET street radials, and the was b/c I stalled it three seperate times. I did notice the more burnouts I did, the better the car hooked. My best ET was a hot lap.

Dam I LOVE 03/04 cobras, hopefully in the next 5 years when my insurance drops I can afford one

I think you did very good for the minimal mods you have done to it. What were you running previously before the DR?

I ran a best of 12.69 in mid-50 degree weather, and the track was well prepped for the NW heads-up guys. and my 60ft was a 2.02 on toyo proxes 4's. Usually it was 12.71-12.99 with various 60ft.'s and cool downs. As far as the insurance goes, I had an '04 SB v6 auto traded it in for my cobra and my insurance dropped by $12/mnth. my face was something like this....

OUCH, I think I woulve done the same. I think Ive seen you a few times at PIR, I parked next to you about a month ago with the fox on 03 cobra wheels.
