Exactly what do i need to change the spark plugs in a 2000 GT.

What sizes, and what tools?

Want to make sure i have exactly everything need before i start tearing into my only car

Pay attention to the "Change engine COLD part" IF you do it even luke warm, you can strip the thread holes in the cylinder head.

make sure you torque them to 13 ft lbs and then recheck

i totally subscribe to teh cold theory, but at work (ford dealer) they swap plugs when the motors are hot and dont have problems, but thats flat rate. also its a pain to have a car sitting in a bay waiting for the motor to cool off.

also, make sure you get teh updated motorcraft plugs with the extended threads.
