It is worth the average of the NADA and KBB values minus 10% for significant mods.

I would say probably not....

I just put a new Mach 1 motor and TKO600 in mine. I would think if I had to sell it, I may get top end of book price for it, but that's about it.
The thing with modded cars is....
1. Most people with lots of money, will spend it on doing their own path of modification. That way they know what is done, if it was done right, and that it was never abused before they got it.
2. Guys/gals looking for a modded vehicle are doing so to SAVE money. The bank will not finance above book value on the car.
3. Don't take offense, cause I'm in the same boat, but....our mods are not much better than stock. Sure the drivetrain is newer, and this and that has been upgraded; but someone is expecting a working motor and tranny under the hood and your's (and mine) still fall into the "stock" realm. If you had a 429 with a blower, the price would go up.

If you really want to get out of it (and hopefully it is paid off), return as much to stock as you can and sell the upgrade parts seperatley. I had an 88 5.0 (book value was about $2500) in prime shape with $8000 in performance upgrades, and $5000 in cosmetics (new paint, rims, custom interior, hifi, ect). After two months, $4500 was the best offer I got.

Sometimes it's cheaper to keep her.
