The line that runs the vacuum for the A/C and heater system comes off the vacuum tree on the driver's side, and comes along the firewall and into the box on the passenger side.
thats exactly what it is. i know of that now because i never could remember what line i took off the a/c vacuum nipple and that makes perfect sense because i knew it ran into a box on the passenger side. thanks
