I was told that mustangs have a tendency to misfire if you don't use motorcraft plugs, what plugs do you guys use and do you have any problems with non motorcraft?

I am still running on the platinum plugs that came stock, except two COPs had to be replaced (it was in the service records). I have 62k on it, I am thinking about changing the plugs but I have a long list of things to do before I go about doing it.

I use NGK's. They are 2 steps colder than stock. No problems. I had some side-gapped autolite 764's in before and I lost 4 rwhp down low but gained 6 rwhp up top. I don't have the graph with me tho.
