What the H*LL did Ford do?

Did ford get cheap and not paint our blocks and heads or did they use cheap a$$ paint that didn't even last till they left the dealership?crapola

pretty sure they didnt paint them at all

That is called the GOOD-ENOUGH-ATTIDUDE! Ford seems to have it from time to time.

But what mfg actually does paint them?

back in the good 'ol days, they were all painted.

Whenever the time comes for my motor to come out, mine will receive a good coat of body-matched paint before it ever goes back in.

Dan, you said it. THE GOOD OL DAYS!!!!!! When cars where mad of something. If not for those cars we would be where we are with our cars.
