put new foam in it and new upholstery (if necessary). a shop can do it or you can buy the supplies (new seat material, etc).

i would just get different seats, myself.

Speaking of this, does anyone know how to restore the...color...of the seats? My black seats look more dark gray than they do black, and I want to make them look a "deeper" black, so to speak. I don't know if they were like this all the time, or if they are just aging, dusty, or what. Basically...like a tire shine for upholstery maybe?

I had that happen once, I pulled the seats out and stuffed some rags up there. Worked, but just get new seats.

i have seen them advertised by some vendors - they are pricey (500-1000 bucks, IIRC). this is just for the upholestery skin - not the actual seat as a new unit.
