If you are talking about an aftermarket unit, then you need to call the manufacter, e.g. Sony, Alpine, etc. You may need to prove proof of purchase of the original unit. Faceplates are expensive though, probably half the price of the original unit itself...

It is for an Alpine CDE-7870. There are some on E-Bay. After looking through my options it may be better for me to just buy a new head unit.

I lost a faceplate to a sony reciever I used to have, and I ended up just buying a new head unit because sony wanted too much for the faceplate.

What I did-I stopped stealing radio's from car's-only if they do have the faxeplate. Maybe you should consider that. j/k
