Yes. The 03/04 came with a straight-cut style chin spoiler stock. I've seen pictures of Mach chin spoilers retrofitted on the 03/04 Cobra's, but it looks a little out of place IMO.THey have chin spoilers for 03-04's? Or do you want to put the Mach I chin spoiler on the 03-04 bumper cover?

I have gotten two of them now from the local Ford dealer. I think they are about $115.00.
i might be on the lookout for one as well, one day i divebombed a curb and now i have some battle scars on the chin.
