That's the one! I got mine from Summit too, it was 50 bucks ... like 2 years ago. I also had a good write-up in 4.6 tech for installation, if you feel like digging for it.

It does come with all the parts, and there are a number of write-ups on how to do it. If you're handy with tools, do it yourself.
