I though the 03/04's came with a 11" clutch....isn't the king cobra a 10.5" unit?

I just swapped out a Spec 2 for a McLeod. I was OK with the Spec 2, massive chatter in reverse the first 1000 miles, then got better, but not completely. Also, very touch engagement. However I was OK with it. However I switch to a McCleod when I had the new tranny rebuild completed because the tranny builder was very strong on the point that a Spec clutch beats the hell out of the tranny, where has the McLeod is much gentler on it, yet with all the clamping force of a Spec. I love the McLeod, right out of the box if felt great!

king cobra is a 10.5" clutch...unless someone knows where they sell a 11" version...

I highly recommend the Centerforce Dual Friction clutch..

Dont waste your time or money on SPEC..they chatter way to much. And the TOB is crap

I am also needing a clutch for my 02 gt. I bought a king cobra for my 95 a few years ago and was disappointed mainly because of how hard it is to push in the pedal. My daily driver just became a leg excersize machine. Does the centerforce clutch make the pedal feel the same as stock and deliver the performance of a racing clutch?

SPEC makes a "+" series of clutches that are a step above the regular series that makes them more streetable. For example there is a Stage II and a Stage II +. The "+"'s are more money, and seem to handle more power than thier eqiuvilent non-"+" version as well.
