I've pm'd Capriman86, but he seems to not be active on the forum anymore.

I'm arcing on my headers and would like to route them the way he's done. The wire separators looks like the zip-tie method. But I don't understand how he's keeping them routed so close to valve cover. Mine flop over. Anyone know, or have eagle eyes that can fill me in on the trick?

Thanks in advance!

I want to measure mine. It doesn't look that tall.

In my experience wires that hug that close are cut to fit. The average kit will leave slack in the wires.

Any wie kit can be cut for a tighter fit. I personally have used the crimper from Taylor to modify wires. Talor will also make custom sets to the exact specs you give them for a very affordable price

were you able to replicate this? I really want to do this too. At first it looked like the wire for cyl #8 was holding on to something but on a second look, it doesnt seem to be holding on to anything. Pretty cool imo.

Haven't gotten around to trimming the wires the right length yet.
