Which Throwout Bearing use with Centerforce DUAL FRICTION clutch on 01-04 Stang GT

My friend have 02 Mustang GT and he is gonna buy Centerforce DUAL FRICTION clutch kit, but that kit doesn't come with Throwout Bearing he needs to buy one
I was thinkin about OEM Ford Throwout Bearing but what do you guys use on your DUAL FRICTION kit

And is it Centerforce Throwout bearing any better than OEM Ford piece

Go ahead and get the the Centerforce TOB as well just to make sure. You can get it on summitracing.com

Not sure if its any better or not but you should replace it when changing the clutch. Most kits come with one. The centerforce TOB you can get at summit racing for like 30 bucks.

well, being better than the OEM TOB isnt hard to do... the stock TOB is a piece of trash, so I would just take the chance and pick up the centerforce one

Yes...have learned that one that hard way. Already replaced it once, and somewhere around 5k miles later, now I have to replace the stupid thing again.
