I just recently installed a PI intake kit for Non PI Heads. The kit came with sealant for the coolant passages, which i let cure overnight. after about 2 days i noticed a puff of white smoke at takeoff under normal driving conditions and a barely noticeable white smoke at idle, youd have to be looking right at the exhaust pipe to see it. I re-torqued the intake manifold, and now it will only blow the white smoke at normal operating temperature when sitting at idle for awhile, like at red lights, when i take off. its a quick puff of white that dissapates quickly. but when i rev it up no smoke comes out at all.
