On really hot days, when i turn on the ac the car tends to die or the idle will drop really low and the battery volt guage drops all the way to the red.. is there anything i could do to fix this.. get a new battery or altanator or something?... i also have 1600watt subs in the back.

You probably have a weak battery from the amp/subs and when you turn the A/C on, you create an extra load on the engine. Try getting a stronger alternator and make sure your battery is fully charged. Our little stock alternators are crap.

Unplug the IAC motor and reset your base idle and clean the IAC. Reset the computer too after the cleaning (unhook the battery). Stockton, CA I have many family members in Manteca and surrounding area. I am down there 3 weeks in the June. I did not go this year though.

You're IAC (Idle Air Control) is what is supposed to regulate your idle speed when something like your A/C turns on and puts a load on your motor. Like My80Cobra said, clean out your IAC and adjust your TPS, then reset your computer.
