the backspacing is different. they will be too inset & won't look right + they will probably rub on the insides also. probably could use a spacer to make them work but I wouldn't recommend going that route.
I did it on my green 95 GT before I sold it. You'll need at least a 3/8" spacer, but I'd recommend a 1/2" spacer. Why not get 94-04 Bullitts? They're easy enough to get.
I ran them on my car. I was told they were 99-04 wheels. Turned out they were 05+ wheels. They will rub on the front when attempting to make u-turns. The rear wheels will look horrible. I bought Cobra R replicas... now it looks MUCH better!
