Ok so today and I said the hell with the leaky ass Pypes mid-pipe and put on my stocker and now it's driving me crazy because it's to quiet lol. I am seriously thinking about buying a prochamber if I can get a decent deal on shipping it to 99702 in Alaska (MAC want's about 90 bucks). But here is my main concern: All the pics I have seen of it looks like the legs that run to the manifolds are separate pieces from the cross part just like the pypes was. The pypes used a pipe with slits in it so the other pipe could slide in and was held with a ****ty clamp and leaked way bad from there. Is the design the same on the prochamber or is it way better? I was even going to just have the pypes on welded but nobody will do it since it has no cats

Mine is a two piece design, and I have no leaks. Prochamber + Flows FTMFW, btw. I got compliments from numerous people at the track this weekend on it.

Just don't use the gasket that Mac sends with it. Go buy one from Ford and you will be good. I'm talking about the gasket that fits in between your exhaust manifold and the prochamber.

I ran the multi-piece o/r prochamber when I had my 98 and never had a problem. Best mid-pipe that I ever ran

The Ford gasket and you will be good. I used the gasket Mac sent one time of the many times I had the exhaust off after the stocker broke and it lasted about a year I guess.
