yep, I had them on my 98 with an off road h-pipe.

And you have to use a shorty mid-pipe right?

Yea, with the long tubes if you had shorties or equal-length you would use the regular full length pipe. Make sure when you order them you tell them for a AUTOMATIC, I had a hard time finding headers for mine. I think SLP is the only other company that makes them for the auto. And they are HIGH PRICED

I have Mac cermac LT's on my car with Dr. Gas Mid pipe.
Ordered the LT's from Chris Harris/PartShopper on here.
Great investment! I don't think there is a diffrence in the 5-speed/Auto for the Mac LT's. Go for the Cermac coated ones and save yourself the rust later! -I also did a PA RAcing K-member at the same time as the LT's and a PI Stallion 3500 TC. Best to do it all in one shot if you can.
