Suspension Will These Rims Fit On 2012 5.0?

Just wondering if these rims will fit on my mustang. The bolt pattern is 5 by 114.3 like the mustang bolt pattern, but is that all i need to worry about? On the link below it had me put what vehicle info and stuff and it said rims are not compatible, but im pretty sure they are. Am i wrong? And also do you think these rims would go good on the 2012 5.0. Thanks for the help.

You also need to worry about offset/backspacing.

I would call the seller and ask.
They may have just neglected to update their system to include the 2012 models. ???
I don't know anything about 2011 or 2012 models, but it seems to me that they would be the same... ???
Maybe go to Tire Rack.com and see what they list as crossover fitment for 2011 vs 2012. They keep their stuff up to date.

Make sure they fit around the brake calipers as well.
