My Cobra gets bad gas mileage. I've heard if I stick moth balls in the fuel it will help. Any other suggestions? I'm sick of my horrible fuel mileage. Any tips or tricks Misha?

I think if you have to worry about gas milage you can't/shouldn't be driving a 600+hp car . Maybe you should get a focus or neon .

Magnets, it's all about the magnets.

Or the piston return springs may be worn out.

Give 2.73 gears a shot...you'll get better gas mileage and be able to go 300+ mph also

My vote is for the spring. What happens is when your making over 562.7 rwhp the spring starts to wear out. I have found that Ace hardware as some high performance springs that work real nice.

As per my conversation with Steve last night... Purchase a bus pass for your work week. Then drive the cobra on the weekends. This way you will have extra cash to fill the tank of that monster and you will dismiss the bad gas mileage as just having tons of power.

PEACE!

Well, I think I got some stuff to help out.

I ordered these things:

Turbonator

Centurion Lube

Acetone

PowerFuel

Fuel Line Magnet

And read these tips:

MPG Plus

Better Gas Mileage!

So I took out my calculator and between all these mods I should now be getting about 88% more MPG!!!

Or just go Diesel, I just went from beaverton, to yakima to tacoma and home and only stopped for fuel once in ellensburg. Started at 3/4 tank, ended at ~1/4 and was less than 20Gal on the fill.

You know... You might really consider a new daily driver. I remember Iguana being good at getting loans.
