Window problem

My parents are getting ready to sell their '01 mustang and are haveing me fix a few things before hand. The drivers side window is going up a little too far and hitting the body of the car when you close it. I'm just wondering if this is the regulator going bad or if I should just get a whole new motor or what... Thanks

go with an 03/04 cobra crate. that will fix everything
