Electrical Wiring Help

I am trying to find where the two red with blue stripe wires, that terminate in to a male female combo plug, attach to my main dash harness for my tilt away steering wheel. I have no loose wires, I have rewired the vehicle, and am thinking that this may not be an option on the OEM harness I used.
