ok, no surge...but I have an idle af 1400rpms.... ran her around the block for about 5 miles and hit evvery stop sign I could find...even made complete stops and waited 10 seconds. No surge!! Got her home and stopped in the driveway and she idled at 1400rpms. Shut her down, counted to 10 and restarted her....she fired up after a few seconds (been doing that so I need to work on it next) and she hit 1600rpms and then settled at 1400rpms after a few seconds. No surge!!
Time to see if I can turn the idle down just a little. Also noted she is lacking some power...actually the low end torque seems to be missing.
