in the 1/8 mile condsidering i have traction and a good reaction time.....look at the combo in my sig....in case your wondering my cam is a big hp and torque maker, from 3500 till 8000 i believe, .555 .565 in ext duration, 112 lope separation....

I'm asking this because i ran a 9.3 the other day, mainly because my car was spitting and sputtering and it didn't make hardly half the power it should have made..(see other post in this section.).., i had street radials on......and i have stock 3.08s with a well worn differential that needs a rebuild and a new set of 3.73's

your not shifting that car at 8000 are you? from what i understand that cam likes around 5600-6000 shift point. that should be an easy mid 11 sec car.

With a good posi unit with 3.73's, your combo should be a low 7 second 1/8 mile car. You need to get the car dyno tuned to get all the bugs worked out and then get your rear end together and you should have no problem at all running mid to low 7's in the 1/8.
