I'm a bit confused about what I need to do next inside the case of the mspnp.
It's a Innovate lc2 wideband. From what I have read it's the yellow wire I need to run to the o2 port. But do i need to change any of the jumpers inside the case ?

Welcome to Stangnet! The jumpers in the case do have to be configured properly, you should also unplug the stock O2 sensors under the car or they will feed a voltage into the O2 circuit and mess with your O2 reading from the wideband.
The wiring will go like this, on the options port pin 21 take your WBO2 input wiring to this pin.
As for the jumpers you dont need to do anything with them for your installation on the WB O2 the pins are common on the mainboard of the ECU.

this is a link to the documentation used to supply you with your answer so far.

Thanks, I've read where you need to move a jumper on certain types. But after I opened it , I wasn't seeing anything for extra o2 sensor. That makes sense. Thanks again
You remove the jumper J6 only if you leave the narrow band O2's connected & use the Options Port pin-21 for the wide band O2.
If you don't use the Options Port pin-21, you have to choose the left or right O2 as the input to the ECU.
You currently have it configured to use the left bank OE O2 sensor. Since the WBO2 has it's own connector, you either remove the NBO2 connectors or remove the jumper, if you use the Options Port pin-21. OP pin-21 & J6-center pin are connected together internally inside the MSPNPG2.

Place a jumper between "O2 Sensor" and "J8-29" to connect the right bank OE O2 sensor the MSPNP. Likewise, connect the jumper between "O2 Sensor" and "J8-43" to connect the left bank OE O2 sensor.
