I seriously doubt the cold air intake would cause the issue. Did you have the wrench there before you put in the intake? Have you tried calling your local ford dealer about the issue? Might be just an update needing done to the pcm. I've seen that happen before. A certified dealer can easily update it if that's the issue.

Not yet I was gonna slap the stock one back on because it goes off every time I restart it and comes on when I get to a stop light so ima try that then I will take it in because I just bought it and it only has 46k miles
