Does anyone know the best way to connect the Hooker X-pipe to an SLP catback? Does it have to be welded? Thanks for any help.

the hooker bolts on, but if you havent gotten it yet. Get yourself a bassani.

Why do you say go for the bassani X? Is it better quality or is the sound different?

I love my Bassani and it sounds amazing. It's made from stainless steel too, so I won't have to worry about rust. A bit more expensive than other brands but well worth it.

I have the Bassani O/R X-Pipe and love it. The sound is unbelievable and the qaulity is second to none. I also had a Bassani X-Pipe w/ cats on my '88 GT which was also great

Is there anything specifically wrong with the hooker X or is the consensus just that the bassani is better?
