I tried to find a good pic comparison for you but din't have much luck. Most places show a generic picture for every year so I'll just tell you what I remember from seeing them.
They are not the same. the distance between the flanges on the later year car is wider than for the Fox. The elbows leading to the flanges are at different angles and the 02 sensors are clocked completely different between the years.
I'm sure there are other differences as well but that's what I remember.
