So one of my guys called in to work saying he couldn't make it in.
OK, no big deal I guess.... why cant you make it?
Him: Somebody started shooting at me in my car and now I dont know where it is.
Me: WHAT!! Are you OK!?! Who was it? Why were they shooting at you? What do you mean you dont know where your car is!?! You were in it at the time right?
Him: I was just driving around and this person started shooting at me and the car died. I got out and ran through the woods. I went back later and couldn't find my car. I cant get to work today.
Me: Ok. Ok. Um, I guess I'll see you tomorrow.
Him: Yes sir.
So, I've got to run back to my house to meet someone about some work. I'm almost there and hey that looks like dudes car on the side of the road....
So I stop to check it out. Sure enough its dudes car and its shot up.
I'm like holycrap! Dude was for real! I call him and tell him where his car is.
As you can imagine the story is f'ed up and has a little more to it. Turns out he was cheating on his girlfriend and she found out. They broke up. She saw him out riding around and started shooting at him! He knew where the car was. Apparently when she shot it she hit something vital and it died. He got out and ran for his life. Waited a bit then snuck back to the car. She starts shooting AGAIN! He runs away lol.
He got the car running and is driving it to work again. I swear this dude is snake bit.
He got shot in the hand in January by somebody at the girlfriend's house that didnt like him. He ran away....
He didnt make it to work awhile back because he had two flats and ran out of spars! I believe it because he showed up at work with different rims that didnt fit the bolt pattern of the hubs. Said they were hard to get on. I said they are about to fall off!
Its surreal!
