Hey, 16 years old and working on a 1967 Mustang. Has a 351 Cleveland 4 carb. Was driving around and began hearing a loud thumping sound from the rear driver side that speeds up and slows with the wheel rotations. Went back and checked to see if there was a rock or something lodged in a brake housing or close to the rear axle, and nothing. Thinking it could be a worn down ball bearing inside of the axle. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.

If you have the wrong side brake adjuster or just a adjuster that is too loose it will fall out inside the brake drum ,it will make all kinds of noise
try to get a video with audio.....but that sounds like a flat spot or bubble in the tire ....I've had that happen to me on all 4 corners as the car sits in the garage for long periods and when it did happen to me the tires were pretty old.
If it were bearings I would think it would sound like a roar ....at least that is how bad bearings sound to me in my 350z

Time to evaluate, first Jack up the car so rear tires are up. Now spin that tire and listen and look for the issue.
If nothing looks out of place and you don't hear any noise then swap rear tire with front tire to see if the problem follows.
If it's making noise in front then it's the tire/rim.

Hey y’all, sorry it’s been a minute, been trying to keep up with lots of other repairs. The original problem has now changed and I wanted to know if you guys had any idea on what it could be now. At first, the thumping sound happened when it accelerated and braked at all, turning and straightaways. Recently, I took it out to reevaluate some issues and double check some stuff, and realized that now the thumping sound only happens when it turns. At this point, I have no clue what is happening. I’ve tried some of the stuff y’all suggested, but nothing seems to quite do it. If y’all have any more suggestions or ideas, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
All of your suspension bushings are probably shot. Wheel bearings are also suspect.

Research every [soft] part associated with the wheels, brakes, and suspension.
Once you get a plan, the parts, a buddy or two and some tools, then you're into it for a long weekend.
They have whole kits out there. Some are more complete and better than others. If it's street... I'd replace rubber bushings with rubber bushings.
