There are many different ways of getting good power.
Just be realistic with your finances.
You don't want to be one of these dreamers that starts something and lands up selling it off as parts for half what you paid.
600rwhp is EXPENSIVE. No matter how you slice it, it ain't going to be cheap.
The trans, rear, engine, power adder are going to cost quite a bit, let's not forget brakes, fuel system and suspension. If you don't have all these parts already, i wouldn't be surprised if the build costed 20 grand.
Keeping your goals below 500rwhp and staying NA could save you an absolute ton of money.
A good NA 347 or 351 will make between 425-500rwhp (351 based), done with a well thought out setup consisting of quality parts.
You're right I don't want to get in over my head and not be able to finish it cause of lack of funds. Can you lead me in the right direction with a 351 build. Everything from a 302 work with a 351 as in h/c/i? What's a good block to look for. If I can keep from stroking it that's a plus too, saves me money for other things. I can live with 500hp or less. Thanks in advance.
