2v Npi 4.6 To 3v 5.4

I've been building a 97 gt vert for the past year. K member, full suspention, steering, brakes, rims, tires, seats, fabbed radiator core support, once I get the subframe connectors and roll bar built I'll be rady for an engine. Got a set of 3 valve heads being given to me, gonna be putting them on a 5.4 from a navigator or expedition that came with the forged crank. My goal is 500/500, How do I get there?
