Cold air intake???

Well in less then a month, my 2003 mustan gt will be out of waranty! We all know what that means.... MODS. Anyways i was going to start off slow and build my way up to a kenne bell supercharger. Anyways, i was wondering what kind of cold air intake you guys have on your cars. There are sooo many choices, and i just dont know which one to get. Help would be greatly appreciated!

I have a K&N intake, its not a fenderwell one but it has a heat sheild. Still not really cold air though. It was on the car when I bought it though, so im not complaining.

If I had a stock car I would skip the CAI and remove the stock air silencer and get a replacement K&N filter and spend the money on something else.

Id probaly start with exhaust.


My experience with them hasnt been great so far. We put a Mac CAI on my freinds 3.8 Mustang and it didnt do a single thing except make noise.

But there are a few people on here that really like the JLT CAI's.
