I'm going to use 3m 04747 urethane two part epoxy. The applicator, tips, and epoxy are over 100 bucks... We use this stuff at work to fix door panels, bumpers, and all types of plastic stuff. Best epoxy I've ever used but it has a shelf life of two years and its working time is short. Ive realized that no one has detailed the process so I'll back track and give specific measurements.
Edit ; 3m4747 didn't work....it bonds well to the yellow urethane but not the black polypropylene. Dries too fast for this application. Shown later in thread
