Factory Power Steering

I bought a factory power steering set up for the 69 mustang. What I'm needing to know is do you use the manual gearbox that's on the car. I have searched & can't find the answer. Thank You

I believe the power steering one is a different ratio? I could be wrong though

Probably. You should check with Chockostang. He's an expert who refurbishes/sells power steering and disc brakes for classic mustangs. He'll tell you what your options are and is very helpful.
