No Power Problem, Help!!! Please

I recently pulled the engine from my 1994 gt convertible to do water ump and throw on my headers while at it. Reinstalled the engine and now have no power. Can idles and revs good in park. Once shifted into gear it almost dies and when driving it feels like it only has 4 cyclinders. Had no problems before pulling engine. No check engine light is on either. Any thoughts on the issue will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Steve

Double/triple check your wiring harness.
Does it feel better at cruising speeds? (55mph)

No it does not. Can bury the peddle at all speeds, Rpms will rise but no go.

As if the clutch is slipping or is it an auto?
