I really hate it when no one returns my voicemail messages. It must be a long conversation or break when the message says, "I'm either on the phone or away from my desk, please leave me a message and I'll return your call as soon as possiible". You're either there or you're not

My solution: never leave them. No one EVER returns mine. My best friend doesn't return mine. Hell my ex girlfriends didn't. So If I reeeaallly need to talk to them I'll leave one but shy of that, no way.
