P1506 Neverending Saga

I got p1506 on my 02 GT with 162k.

Old car, so I put in a new IAC. Removed battery for 15 mins. Replaced battery, drove 50 miles p1506 came back.

Started up look for leaks. Nothing, but I did clamp most of the hoses in case. Cleaned MAF. Repeated battery reset, 50 miles later light it back on.

I sprayed MAF on the connections, no changed.

Idle RPM remains at 1200.

While idling, I unplugged the IAC connection, nothing happened.

I'm at loss, anyone have an ideas? Is it electrical?
