plz help with header bolts & timing

I just got some used equal length shorties for my fox, I need to know what sizes the 16 bolts are along with the size of the stud bolts. Which header gaskets are the best and costs of each that would help alot.
Also, how do you bump the timing to *14 degrees? and would i be able to do it myself? thanx-brian

You will need 1415 felpro gasket...and if I am not mistaken get some ARP header bolts..I believe the 3/8 ones is what I have...Call summit or jegs for sure though...you will not be able to re-use the stock bolts since the flinges are in the way...

i'd get stage 8 locking header bolts to make sure you don't have problems with them backing out. They are around $40. Fel Pro's will work, but if you plan on taking them off and on, coppers might be a good investment. I got Mr. Gasket CopperSEAL #7161 w/ Oval Ports 1.25"x1.75"...I think you can get square as well, but that'd be a diff. part number. I think they were like $30, but don'te quote me.
