Hey everyone. I'm new to this forum and technically don't belong, but oh well. My reason for being in here is a question I have on the 4V heads. You see, I'm heavily considering swapping my '98 GT's stock engine for a BRAND NEW Mach 1 engine and I want to get an idea for aftermarket performance potential. Basically, my question is: How much horsepower would I gain if I had the stock heads ported and polished? (Like what Fox Lake offers here: http://foxlakeracing.com/index.php?...ds&PHPSESSID=384f0a8b97ee0da22fa0d58f18f248eb -- 320 cfm intake and 260 cfm exhaust @ .550" compared to a stock 260 cfm intake and 201 cfm exhaust @ .550"). Also, are there any high performance intake manifolds available besides the outrageously priced FR500? Should I just have the stock one P&P'ed? Thank you very much.
