Problem With Rear Window

I have a '99 GT Convertible and when I roll up the driver's side rear window it never closes all the way the first time. I have to roll it down again and on the second attempt it usually goes up all the way. It does not matter the order in which the windows are rolled up. There is always a visible gap between the front and rear window after the first attempt with the rear. The window makes a creaking sound as it is trying to close all the way. Anyone have this experience and know a fix?

Window motor probably doesn't have the power to push against the rubber
