Steering rack bushings?

I need new rack bushings for my DD 04 GT, should I go with Polyurethane or solids? I was thinking poly because I drive it everyday.

What would be the better choice?

IMO stockers, probably because I'm an old guy and don't like the vibration in the steering wheel. If the car is lowered, get the longer steeda ball joints and the bump steer kit rather than the offset rack bushing.
