X2 last I remember you had half a top and half a paint job on your piece, at least his is painted nicely and is taken care of.

thats what im saying regardless of the wheels and whatever, its a clean well maintained car, and I can appriciate that alone. I love the paintjob too along with the headlights and I usually dont like the smoked lights. I think painting the wheels or at least half of them black was a good choice as well.

the wheels dont look so bad on your stang. i wouldn't personally do it. the whole purpose of a sports car is to accelerate fast. and hit high top speeds. i just don't see that happening with twinkies on a stang. not to mention the added stress on the axles. i wouldn't do to many burnouts. but it looks good can't deny that. nice paint job too. the bike is alright, its a katana. you should have gotten a Gixxer dude.

yea the headlight are smoked. i got them from www.blueovalindustries.com
and i got a great deal on the bike bc i work with the guy. its a 2005 mint condition and only had 1400 miles on it. he sold it to me for 4000. everyone has gixxers out here. i plan to ride this bike for one summer and sell it so i can buy a 2007 daytona 675 or a used ducati 749. two awesom loooking and performing bikes that i havent seen anyone on yet out here and there arent too pricey either

Paint - :nice:
Hood - :nice:
Front lenses - :nice:
Bling-bling-yo-dawg-I-be-rollin'-on-dubs rims - :notnice:

Not trying to flame, but at first glance (especially with this thread topic title), I thought those things were photoshopped onto that car as a joke.

Sell the rims, put on something between 15" to 17" in size, and then the whole car will be :nice: . Just my $0.02.

I was just wondering where you've been, haven't seen you around here in a while. I love the car. To each his own on the wheels. They're not my thing, but if you like em, run em. Cool bike. Be careful with the Triumphs and Ducatis. Mainly Ducati, but parts are extremely expensive and sometimes hard to find, and they're hard to work on. I haven't heard anything about the Daytona 675, but I rode a Daytona 600 the other day and I was very disappointed. Speed Triples are really sick bikes though.
